HIGHEST PRECISION: I.M.P.A.C.T.® SERIES

The I.M.P.A.C.T.® (Integrated Modular Planetary and Coupling Technology) Series is our highest precision planetary gearbox that is radically different from any product on the market today. Our high performance bellows coupling is integrated into the input which allows for axial growth of the motor shaft to prevent premature motor bearing failure. The I.M.P.A.C.T. Series also incorporates an integrated bellows or elastomer coupling on the output for a shorter overall package and higher stiffness.

Benefits of the I.M.P.A.C.T. Series include:

  • Shorter package for an increase in stiffness
  • Potential of reduced cycles times, increase in position accuracy and reduced torsional wind-up

JPG-W

  • Shaft output design for mounting to pulleys and rack and pinion systems
  • Ratios from 3:1 to 100:1
  • Frame sizes from 70 mm to 180 mm (larger sizes available by request)

 

JPG-K

  • JPG-KB features a bellows coupling on the output
  • Also available with a zero backlash elastomer-spider style coupling (JPG-KE) on the output
  • Innovative bellow coupling on the output provides for maximum stiffness and best results in high dynamic applications
  • Ratios from 3:1 to 100:1
  • Frame sizes from 70 mm to 180 mm

 

JPG-F

  • Same benefits as the JPG-K models without the bell housing on the output. Plug the gearbox into your machine and achieve a more compact design
  • Ratios from 3:1 to 100:1
  • Frame sizes from 70 mm to 180 mm

HIGHEST PRECISION: DYNA SERIES

We’ve taken the highest-performing gearbox on the market and made some design modifications to further distance it from other gearboxes. The housing and construction have been enhanced and now offer even greater durability. Gear rotation is smoother, bearing life improved and noise is reduced.

New DSX version!

For the most demanding motion control applications that require high angular accuracy, choose our new DSX model. It offers extremely low backlash, extremely smooth torque transmission and extremely low noise. Angular accuracy test data is available upon request.

    pulleys, rotary index tables, and transmission
    shafting directly to the output for a more compact
    and stiffer solution
