International Women’s Day “is a global celebration of the social, economic, cultural, and political achievements of women.” (credit: www.internationalwomensday.com) It is meant to be a reminder of the progress made towards gender equity, and identify how to maximize the potential women can bring to every walk of life. At GAM we are grateful and pay tribute to all the women of our team!
Every day these women rise to the challenges that come with working at a small, fast-paced company, that is in the male-dominated industry of manufacturing, engineering, and automation. Every one of the women shown are smart, hardworking, kind, and a joy to work with every day. Each is gifted with unique talents ranging from Engineering, Customer Service, Accounting/Finance, Business Administration, Human Resources, and Technical Marketing.
At GAM, everyone is challenged to do their jobs well, and empowered to bring about positive change that will make the company a better workplace, and more competitive in the market. What we think makes GAM great is that everyone is held to the same standards, women and men, yet all are celebrated as individuals for their unique skills, talents, and personality. Above all else, everyone is treated with dignity and respect regardless of gender, race, or position in the company.
All the GAM women have had a tremendous positive impact at the company and have been instrumental in making GAM successful.
