U.S ManufacturingGAM Rack System
For best performance, rack and pinion must be kept lubricated. GAM makes that easy with a complete Lubrication System including everything from an easy-to-use automatice lubricator pump to a felt pinion to apply grease directly to the pinion or rack.
Includes:
- (1) Lubricator including:
- PulsarLube Automatic Single Point Lubricator provides the proper amount of fresh lubricant at the right time, avoiding over- or under-lubricating. Includes mounting bracket and hardware.
- Grease Pack with 125 ml of Mobilux EP2 grease (food grade grease available on request)
- Pre-filled tubing (3 m) and all fittings the pump to the pinion shaft (tubing is pre-filled with grease).
- Pinion Shaft delivers grease at multiple points to the felt pinion while allowing the pinion to rotate. Optional mounting bracket available.
- (1) Felt Pinion with either a left-hand helix to lubricate the rack or right-hand helix to lubricate the pinion (only 1 needs to be lubricated as it will lubricate the other)
